History Of The Mississippi Flag

Mississippi has had two official state flags in its history and a commission has been established to design a third. State of mississippi does not have an official state flag following the retirement of the most recent version on june 30 2020. The flag features the national colors of the united states it also features the confederate battle flag which has 13 stars representing the 13 original colonies of the united states.
